Don't stress about issues with your significant other because fights are normal, just ask some of Hollywood's most famous couples! Over the years, these dynamic celebrity duos have opened up about their relationship woes and even shared some tricks of the trade to get through the ups and downs. As it turns out, a lot of stars have turned to couples therapy when it comes to the hard times.
Amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic,Jennifer Lopez revealed during a February 2021 interview with Allure magazine that she and longtime love Alex Rodriguezworked on their relationship through therapy. TheHustlers actress told the publication that quarantining with her family "has been actually really good" before admitting that throughout their time at home, she and the former MLB star "did therapy," noting that "it was really helpful for us in our relationship."
Another A-list pair,Pink and husband Carey Hart — who've had a pretty tumultuous relationship since first getting together in 2001 — told fans during an Instagram Live in June 2020 that they "would not be together" today if it wasn't for their time in couples therapy.
"I got a lot of s–t for telling people that Carey and I have been in couples counseling with Vanessa [Inn]," theRaise Your Glass songstress said at the time. "It's the only reason that we're still together because you know, I think partners after a long time, we just speak — I can't say it's a man and woman thing, I think it's a partner thing, a spouse thing — that you just speak two different languages."
From the sound of it, they've never been better — and they're not the only ones. They may seem perfect, but Jennifer revealed that therapy helped the pair become stronger together. "We got to work on ourselves. We did therapy," she told Allurein February 2021. "I think it was really helpful for us in our relationship."

"When he gets really stressed, he doesn't realize his tone. We're actually in therapy for this," the former WWE Diva admitted on the "Off the Vine" podcast in January 2021. Not only did the musician say that he goes to therapy to help with his current relationship, but with his ex-wife, Paula Patton, as well. "Couples therapy has been great for me and April, and it's been great for me and Paula in coparenting," Robin said on a February 2021 episode of the "Black Girls Texting" podcast. "We've had a few sessions and it's really helped for us, so I am a total believer in therapy."

While Michelle was promoting herBecoming memoir, she spoke to Jimmy Fallon about going to see a therapist with her hubby. "I was one of those wives who thought, 'I'm taking you to marriage counseling so you can be fixed, Barack Obama,'" she said in December 2018. "Because I was like, 'I'm perfect.' I was like, 'Dr. X, please fix him.' And then, our counselor looked over at me. I was like, 'What are you looking at? I'm perfect.' But marriage counseling was a turning point for me, understanding that it wasn't up to my husband to make me happy, that I had to learn how to fill myself up and how to put myself higher on my priority list."

After the 90210 alum found out that her husband cheated on her, they broadcasted their marital woes on the reality series True Tori in 2014. The dad of five called himself a "disgusting piece of s–t" and their therapist suggested they write letters to each other to understand their feelings at the time. The pop star and her husband began dating in 2001, but it was not always rainbows and butterflies. The couple even filed for divorce at one point, but ultimately decided to give marriage counseling a try — and it worked! "We are couples-therapy people. We do it for maintenance, not problems," she told Redbook magazine in 2013. "We fight nicer. There is no yelling in front of [daughter] Willow, ever. We can argue, just no yelling."
